Bookings and Rates

These rates apply to groups of 1 to 4 people; an additional fee of $10 per night will be charged for each additional person
For bookings of 5 nights or more, a discount of 10% will be given.

Bookings are made by phone, and are at the discretion of the owners. Visa, Mastercard, and American Express are our preferred means of payment. At the time of booking, half of your rental fee will be charged to your credit card, which will be retained by the owners if you cancel your booking with less than two-weeks advance notice. Upon the day of your arrival at the Cottage, the balance of your fee will be charged to your credit card. After booking, you will be emailed or mailed a document confirming your reservation.

Please note that you will also be held responsible for any damage to the suite or property that you or your guests incur, and for the loss of any Cottage contents; such damage or loss will result in a further charge to your credit card. Please see our policies for other considerations.
